Intentra builds simple software that gives small businesses their time back. Our first product, SAGE, turns a Google Sheet of contacts into personalized Gmail drafts and sends them in controlled batches, without a new app to learn.

Intentra Software is a small Massachusetts software company focused on owner-operated businesses: gyms, studios, jewelry and retail shops, salons and local service providers.
Many small businesses already have a list of customers or prospects, and someone spends hours sending nearly identical emails by hand. We build focused tools that remove that repetitive work while keeping you in full control of your accounts, your contacts and your message. The name comes from intention and intellect: working efficiently, thinking clearly and following through.

SAGE lives inside Google Sheets and works with your existing Gmail account. Everything is controlled from a SAGE menu and a Settings tab, so you never touch code.

Common Questions
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can use a spreadsheet and Gmail, you can use SAGE.
Who controls my emails and contacts?
You do. SAGE runs in your Google account. Intentra does not hold your contact list or send emails on your behalf.
Is it a monthly app?
No. SAGE is licensed software you keep using. Maintenance is optional.

What about email laws?
